Agile:
Although this is drastically decreased while he is actually firing his weaponry, he relies on his speed and agility to escape incoming attacks. Using his nimble feet, he gets under the opponent's guard to shoot them at a nearly impossible to doge close distance.

Strength:
Citeria is physically strong, able to swiftly use his guns with ease not particularly hindered by their weight. This means that if he were ever to get disarmed he could still put up a fight using his fist.

Endurance:
Citeria has trouble with battles that last a long time. He has no problem if he decides to stay in spot and fire, but the is very easily worn if he is running and dodging all over the place. If anyone were to draw out a fight with him, he'd surely lose.

Character Traits:

Childish:
He never really grew out of his child like mind. Simple-minded, he finds amusement in the stupidest of things. Giggling at immature comments and being rather irresponsible in basically everything. Easily distracted by something else, he often wonders off to go on 'adventures', often resulting him getting lost instead.
This also meant that Citeria is simple-minded and naive. Inexperienced in most things, he will often ask questions about the most obvious facts and has difficulty wrapping his head around complicated matters.

Straight Forward:
Citeria says everything without thinking about it. His mood is very obvious through his actions, and has trouble lying, hiding things, or keeping secrets from people. He's the type of person that acts first, thinks later.

Reading the Mood:
Citeria isn't particularly unobservant, he's just a bit lacking in the whole reading other people's emotions thing. This has resulted in him irritating people with his overly casual greeting and conversations in a serious situation. This also means that he has difficulty taking hints, and reading in between the lines. People often having to blatantly say how they feel before he would consider stop being a fool, though he probably would just continue acting the way he was.

Self-Centered:
Actually, he as trouble understanding people in general. Citeria basically lives in his own bubble and tends to think of himself first and foremost. He is apathetic to most other people's emotions and has difficulty empathizing with other's situations. Life sucks, and he knows it. So just do whatever you want and live life as it comes. Everyone else didn't matter to him, he didn't need them.

Sadistic:
Citeria has a dark sense of humor, finding other people's pain funny and amusing. Though he wouldn't purposely cause someone pain, he would laugh at and enjoy the other's misfortune. He was the type of child that would catch butterflies and rip their wings for amusement, in which he still actually does.

Stubborn:
Due to his self centeredness and child like mind, Citeria can be one stubborn cookie. It takes a lot to change his mind when he is set on something.

History:

Citeria grew up in wealthy house hold. He had a good relationship with his parents, and absolutely adored his little sister. At least that is what it appeared to be like.

Ever since he was little his family told him what to do and basically ingrained into his brain to act like a puppet for them. A convenient means of showing off and deceiving others with his 'childish innocence'. Citeria really was childish and innocent though. A naive child that liked causing a mess and making a racket, not what his parents wanted.

He continued living this way, putting up with his parent's demands. He it was the only way he knew how to live, and the rules given by them was law. He just followed their orders as the years passed. Eventually though, as he grew up, he decided what was the point. He hated having to act like a fool, and deceiving others and himself. Not so much the others, but himself. No longer having any real trust in other people, having only been surrounded by manipulative and cruel people, he ran away to the Diamond faction.

He never saw his so called family again, and he liked it. He wouldn't have to put up an act anymore, have to amuse and act around others. He continues on with his life, not regretting his decision, acting like the fool he is, but with no one to entertain anymore.
